Returns You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by modBaby.ca within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible for a refund. Items that have the outer packaging damaged in any way or are missing accessories or packaging materials cannot be accepted for return. Partial Refunds Partial Refunds will not be issued. Orders Returned After 30 Days Orders that were delivered more than 30 days prior to receipt will not receive a refund and are not eligible for exchange. Warranty related issues fall under our Warranty Policy. Please consult the policy for more information. Warranty Policy Most products are covered by a limited time manufacturers’ warranty. modBaby.ca warrants the products(s) to be shipped to you in good working condition and free from defects in materials and construction only up to the extent of the manufacturer’s warranty. modBaby.ca will accept returns for faulty products within 30 days of delivery as long as the product is in its original packaging, has the packing slip and is shipped to us in the original shipping container with manuals and accessories included. After 30 days, the terms of the manufacturer's warranty apply and you must deal directly with the manufacturer for warranty issues. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet our minimum requirements. Items that have the outer packaging damaged in any way or are missing accessories or packaging materials cannot be accepted for return. For the warranty policy to apply the item itself, all packaging, manuals and original accessories must not be marked or damaged (outside the original defect) in any way. Items that are shipped to us within 30 days and are compliant with our warranty policy will be shipped at our expense. Items that do not comply with our warranty are shipped at the customers expense. The customer shall bear the risk of loss or damage during transit to modBaby.ca, therefore we strongly suggest that you insure the product upon it return to us for the full retail value. Exchanges If you received a faulty item within 30 days of delivery and need to exchange it for the same item, contact us to request a replacement. modBaby.ca will cover the shipment costs associated with faulty item exchanges. Faulty items that are not returned within 30 days of delivery fall under the modBaby Warranty Policy. At this time, modBaby.ca does not accept exchanges for other products. If you are unhappy with the product you have received, please return the item unopened and in the original packaging to modBaby.ca within 30 days of delivery for a full-refund. modBaby.ca does not cover the shipment costs associated with such returns. Once we have received the product - we will issue you a full refund. Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center. Lost Your Packing Slip? If you ordered an item that you want to return but can't find the packing slip, you can still return it. Please make sure you provide information related to your order such as your name, address, phone number and if possible order number to help us properly process your return. |
